All rates are per 45-60 minute session. We are considered out-of-network for most insurances.

We can provide a superbill at your request. Please contact us for questions.

There is a $100 non-refundable deposit for psychological testing appointments. The amount can be applied to any outstanding balance after testing is completed and final payment is made.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled group or individual session, and you have not provided at least 24 hours advance notice, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
